In modern power electronics systems, key switching components like silicon carbide (SiC) devices, insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs), and metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) directly determine system efficiency, power density, and reliability. As fields such as renewable energy generation, electric vehicles, and industrial frequency conversion demand higher-performance power conversion, these devices’ high-frequency, high-voltage, and high-temperature operating characteristics pose significant challenges to drive technologies.
In this context, isolation power modules play an increasingly critical role. They must not only deliver precise and stable voltages to ensure fast switching and low-loss operation of power devices but also provide electrical isolation to block interference and risks between high/low-voltage circuits. Additionally, they offer essential protection during faults to ensure system safety.
Advanced isolation power modules enhance transient response, improve electromagnetic interference(EMI) immunity, and boost common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR). These optimizations help unleash SiC devices’ high-frequency advantages, reduce IGBT switching losses, and strengthen MOSFET reliability in complex operating conditions.

The FS06P series is Firstack's latest single-channel, high-reliability isolated power solution designed for SiC/MOSFET/IGBT applications. It delivers single-channel 6W output and adopts planar transformer technology to ensure power quality while achieving a compact structure and maximizing power density. To accommodate diverse customer designs, the FS06P series supports three installation configurations: vertical, horizontal, and surface-mount. Additionally, Firstack offers customization services to create tailor-made power solutions for unique client requirements.

The FS06P series uses planar transformer technology for a compact design (29mm×28.5mm), delivering 6W output in an ultra-small size. This saves PCB space and adapts to high-density integration scenarios, such as vehicle power systems and modular equipment. It balances high performance with portability, meeting the needs of space-sensitive industrial and new energy applications.

The primary and secondary insulation withstand voltages up to 6.5kVDC ensures safe signal isolation in high-voltage environments, reduces the risk of electromagnetic interference, and adapts to harsh industrial scenarios.

The FS06P series supports a 9-18V wide input range, compatible with diverse system power supply requirements. It meets the power demands of SiC, MOSFET, and IGBT drivers. The standard version integrates three voltage output options to suit various applications:

- IGBT:+15V/-10V
- SiC:+20V/-5V

The ultra-compact design integrates input undervoltage/overvoltage protection, output overcurrent/short-circuit protection, and overtemperature protection, effectively mitigating risks from abnormal conditions and ensuring stable, long-term system operation.
- Ultra-low Coupling Capacitance
The FS06P series achieves an optimal balance between signal quality and temperature rise. With a coupling capacitance of only 8pF, it significantly reduces high-frequency noise interference between primary and secondary sides, ensuring voltage stability. Additionally, its full-load temperature rise is limited to 40°C (12V input, 25°C ambient temperature, no airflow), enhancing reliability under demanding conditions.
