Product Details

The compact 2FSC0110 gate driver core is designed especially for small and medium power inverter without protection. It supports the operation of up to 1700V IGBT power modules with 15V gate voltage in on-state.

The 2FSC0110 features dual-channel with electrical interfaces, and supports 2-level, T-type 3-level, NPC I-type 3-level topologies.
