The compact 2FHC0215 gate driver core is based on digital ASIC by Firstack technology. It supports the operation of up to 900A/1700V IGBT power modules with 15V gate voltage in on-state.
The 2FHC0215 features dual-channel with electrical interfaces, and supports multi-level topology.
Firstack intelligent fault management allows the gate driver core to differentiate between faults.
