The 2FHC06M17A1 is a high-performance, dual-channel SiC gate driver developed independently by Firstack based on intelligent chip technology, supports SiC modules up to 1700V. They can be used individually or in combination, connected by a set of cables, easily parallelise 2 SiC modules with configurable gate voltages for single modules in the EconoDual package or 2 in parallel.
