Driver Cores
The driver core is a PCB-based driver module that has all the basic functions of the driver. These basic functions include electrical isolation, various protections, DC/DC power supply, etc. In addition to the driver core, the customer's PCB also needs to contain other additional components – such as input interfaces, gate resistors, active clamps, etc. These components, together with the driver core, constitute a complete IGBT driver. The isolation voltage of the IGBT driver core ranges from 600 V to 3500V, and the power per channel ranges from 1 W to 20 W. They are also suitable for driving power MOSFETs and other new semiconductor devices with switching frequencies up to 500kHz.
