Product Details
The 1FSD08110 gate driver is developed based on Firstack digital intelligent IGBT gate driver technology. It supports the operation of up to 3300V IGBT power modules with optical interfaces.
The power supply voltage of the gate driver is 15V, and the two-way secondary side power supply is obtained through the switching power supply; the PWM signal is transmitted to the secondary side through the optical fiber, and the IGBT driving signal is obtained after CPLD processing.
