Product Details

The compact 2FHC0435 gate driver core is based on digital ASIC by Firstack   technology. It supports the operation of up to 1800A/1700V IGBT power modules with 15.5V gate voltage in on-state.

The 2FHC0435 features dual-channel with electrical interfaces, and supports multi-level topology.

Firstack’s intelligent fault management allows the gate driver core to differentiate between faults.
